Oscars: What’s up Doc?
Ok, show of hands – how many people have had their eyes glaze over when the documentary category is read. Guilty? Read on. What if I could provide you with the means to impress girls and better yet, appear to be the overly educated yuppie your father always wanted you to be?
Here’s the dirty little secret: you can watch all the documentaries at the International Documentary Association. They host DocuDay, showing all the Oscar Nominated Documentaries for a nominal fee. Better yet, bring a date and really impress her with the fact that you knew something like this even existed. Just try not to fall asleep during the 9am short films.
